The Emperor's Club
"The Emperor's Club" is the title of a movie released in 2002, directed by Michael Hoffman (Internet Movie Database Inc., n.d.).
Its story concerns a student whose teacher deceives him into thinking he is performing better academically than he really is, which ultimately causes him to attain a higher level of achievement. Years later (in the story timeline), the teacher is shown meeting with that student and his classmates (Abraham & Hoffman, 2002).
