Pacifier (band)
Formerly known as Shihad, the rock band Pacifier originally hail from Wellington, New Zealand. The band relocated to Melbourne, Australia, in 1999. Currently (as of when?) residing in Los Angeles, California, United States of America, they plan to move to New Jersey, United States of America, in the near future.
Following the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack the band decided to change their name due to the similarity between the band's name Shihad and the Arabic word jihad.
Signed to the record labels; Wildside Records, Warner Music Australasia, and Arista.
