PIRCh otherwise known as pirch98, this software hasn't been developed in a few years.
The main websites for this software have disapeared as well though you can still find a forum dedicated to it.
PIRCh was well liked for its ability to hold simultaneous server connections in the same client as well as provide for the intelligent switching of profiles. Its ultimate fall off the map is a fate reminicient of most proprietary shareware when the author loses interest.
