KStars
KStars is a planetarium program that runs under the GNU/Linux operating system. It uses the KDE graphic environment.
The programmers claim that it can provide an accurate graphical representation of the night sky, from any location on Earth, at any date and time. The display is said to include 40,000 stars, 10,000 deep-sky objects, all 8 planets, and the Sun and Moon.
