Jeanne of Navarre
Jeanne (or Joan) of Navarre (1271- April 4, 1305), Queen Consort of France, was the daughter of Henry III of Champagne and Blanche of Artois. In 1274, upon the death of her father, she became Countess of Champagne and Queen of Navarre.
At the age of 13, Jeanne married Philippe IV of France on August 16, 1284, becoming Queen a year later. Their children were:
- Marguerite (b. 1286/88) who married Ferdinand IV of Castile
- Louis X - (October 4, 1289 - June 5, 1316)
- Isabelle - (1292 - August 23, 1358) who married Edward II of England
- Philippe V - (1293 - January 3, 1322)
- Charles IV - (1294 - February 1, 1328)
- Robert (1297-1308)
Their three eldest sons would become King of France and their younger daughter Queen of England.
