In-N-Out
In-N-Out is a fast food restaurant chain in the Western United States, especially in California.
In 1948, its first location opened in the now heavily-urbanized Los Angeles suburb of Baldwin Park, California. In the same city, it operates its own "university," which trains its employees.
Because of the superior quality of In-N-Out's hamburgers, the chain is highly popular with longer waits being very common at the drive-thru and in-store.
Interestingly, it is one of the very few fast food chains to pay its employees above the government-mandated minimum wage level. Thus, service at In-N-Out tends to be more efficient when compared to other fast food restaurants.
