iWin.com has been an online game publisher since the late 1990's. It is one of the top three publishers of online skill-based games. iWin was purchased by Next Game, Inc. in mid-2003 from Flipside, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of one-time media giant Vivendi Universal.
