Härjedalen (municipality)
Härjedalen is a Municipality in Jämtland County, in north eastern Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 11404.7 km². Of the total population of 11415, 5871 are male, and 5544 are female. The population density of the community is 1 inhabitant per km².
The town of Sveg is the municipal center of Härjedalen. Geographically the municipality of corresponds to the historical province of Härjedalen.
