Government of Tibet in Exile
The Government of Tibet in Exile is a group which sees itself as the rightful and
legitimate government of Tibet, which is currently under the control of the People's Republic of China.
Although it is not recognized as a government by any other nation, it has received a large amount of sympathy in the West largely due to the leadership of Tenzin Gyatso, the Dalai Lama.
