Gonesse

Gonesse is a town in the département of Val d'Oise north of Paris.

It is immediately north of Le Bourget airport and southwest of Charles De Gaulle International Airport.

King Philip II of France was born here on 21 August 1165.

On 25 June 2000, Air France Flight 4590, a Concorde supersonic airliner crashed in Gonesse.
