Gnoppix
Gnoppix (also GNOPPIX) is a Linux distribution, which is a LiveCD. Gnoppix can be fully executed from the CD or DVD. Optionally it also can be installed to the hard disk and booted from there like any other normal Linux distribution.
It´s based upon Gnobian. It's main feature is a more recent version of GNOME for Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 (woody release), which only carries a 1.x version. It is comparable to Knoppix, but uses the GNOME 2.4 environment, which is part of the GNU project, which KDE is not.
