Gastrology
Gastroenterology or Gastrology might be better described as the
field of digestive diseases, which are traditionally separated by anatomic or
functional category. For example, disorders of the esophagus might be listed
under "esophagus" and also included in a description of motility disorders
(disorders of motor function.)

Hi I have an 8 year old daughter who has had stomach problems for the last 4 years. She dry heaves and throws up yellow -green bile. She has been on varios medicines. The last one she has been on in aciphex. It is no longer working and she has started having episodes of vomoting bile again. What do I need to do Your imput would be great Judy Holland
