Eskilstuna is a Municipality in Södermanland County, in central Sweden, located between the lakes Mälaren and Hjälmaren. The total population is 88,408 inhabitants. The city records date back to 1266. During the 16th and 17th centuries the city had impressive iron and steel foundries which remain famous today.
