Dan Castellaneta

Daniel Louis Castellaneta (born September 10, 1957) is an American voice actor who is most known for providing the voice of Homer Simpson in The Simpsons and Genie in Disney's Aladdin television series. He was a cast member on The Tracy Ullman Show, where the Simpsons first appeared on television, as well.

He is also the voice of the leading character in the cartoon series Earthworm Jim and the narrator of the movie Super Mario Brothers. He released a comedy CD in 2002.

Dan was born in Chicago, Illinois and was educated at the Oak Park and River Forest High School and upon graduation went on to work at Chicago's Second City.
