Cuautitlán Izcalli
Cuautitlán Izcalli (also spelled Coauh-titlán eez-calli) is a municipality in Mexico State, is borded by Naucalpan de Juárez, Netzáhualcoyotl, Texcoco and Lerma. Juan Manuel Gliffard, participated in the Constitution of 1917 by Venustiano Carranza, exiled in 1923. In Cuautitlán Izcalli is a center denominated Perinorte.
