Criss cross applesauce

Note that some believers in political correctness think it somehow "offensive" to use the term "Indian style". One alternative popular teachers recommend for young, impressionable children is to call it "crisscross applesauce".

You can follow these instructions to sit tailor style:

1. sit on floor any way
2. bend one knee inward so that heel moves toward buttocks.
3. bend other knee in same fashion, but place leg over other bent leg.
