Corrine Brown

Corrine Brown (born November 11 1946), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1993, representing the 3rd District of Florida. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, was educated at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and the University of Florida, and was a faculty member of the University of Florida and a member of the Florida House of Representatives before entering the House. She is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
