Cooking/Broiling
Broiling is cooking food in high heat with the heat applying directly at the food.
Due to the layout of an oven, broiling can be done in an oven using the heating coil from the ceiling of the oven.
When broiling is done over open flame on a grid-iron, it is called grilling.
