To create computer graphics there are a huge number of programs from commercial and noncommercial sources:

I am an artist who is interested in learning how I can paint with a computer. I have seen some fantasy artists who created there painting on a computer. I would never have guessed that the piece was created with a computer. Are there tools I can use that have a pen I can use to do the actual drawing part?
