Bedlingtonshire

Bedlingtonshire is an area in England, centred around the town of Bedlington. Traditionally it had been an exclave of County Durham, but reverted to its host territory, Northumberland, in 1844.

i am interested to find out in the 1901 census my families address was rutters buildings i know there were dwelling numbers from 2 till 15 it would be nice to find out what kind of building it was

while doing my family tree 1881 census my g grandparents lived at rutters buildings guidepost any info about where it was or what it is now would be a great help or how it got its name
